PharmSys provides process management services to help our clients increase their operational reliability. We start with thorough process mapping which clarifies the required inputs, transformation functions and expected outputs associated with our client's manufacturing and business processes. This aids in the identification of critical process parameters and development of a variety of key performance indicators (KPIs).
We provide methods that allow our clients to automatically track and evaluate their KPIs when computer controlled systems are utilized. The resulting benchmarks provide target levels for setting future performance goals. KPI tracking also aids in identifying process bottlenecks. Bottlenecks are studied in more depth for developing objectives and scope of future quality improvement projects.
