Comprehensive analysis of our client's current and future utility requirements leads to proper design and selection of components for our utility projects. PharmSys offers a variety of services to assist with the design, installation, commissioning, and validation of our client's utility systems, including:

  • Review existing and proposed future facility operations to determine peak and base loads for all utilities.
  • Review existing utility requirements and capacities, quantitatively and qualitatively, to determine excesses and shortages.
  • Evaluate our client's current utility system capabilities and explore possible modifications to facility operations or utility system equipment that will accommodate the anticipated future demand.
  • Provide engineering design and specifications for renovations and/or new utility systems including generation and conditioning equipment, materials of construction, assembly specifications, distribution systems, and O&M requirements.
  • Develop as-built engineering drawings of the equipment layout, distribution piping and system component ID mapping for each utility.
  • Provide on-site project management support for assembly, installation, commissioning, and validation of engineered utility systems using our client's in-house technicians or external subcontractors.
